Lihle Joy Farming PTY LTD powered by Joy Smash Poultry and Farming Co-Operative, Registration no. K2021793534 & Registration no. 2019/00465824, is a farming project started by 8 women in the Western Cape, South Africa, with the purpose of empowering women and feeding the community and nation.
Our key deliverable is producing organic products, Think health, Think Lihle Joy Farming, we believe in quality, reliability. This we do by meeting our customers’ demands, building strong relationships with them in order to secure a steady income and build a legacy.
Our products range from organic meat chickens(broiler), egg production, assorted vegetables such as green peas, cabbages, tomatoes, onions, spinach, okra, lettuce, doing onion and mint. We also focus on producing herbs, this is our new production line item.
At the moment we are renting at a farm and our long-term goal is to own a farm so that we are able to grow our produce at a larger scale.
Our mission is feeding communities, neighborhoods, cities, and nations earth.
Our produce
Organic Vegetable Farming
Non organic vegetables are often sprayed with extremely toxic chemicals. All these chemicals used on the plant as well as the soil are harmful to your health. We grow our vegetables in nutrient rich soil without the use of any toxic elements in the production process
Organic Poultry Farming
We produce organic poultry that has a very high nutritional and vitamin value. You neve have to worry about bacteria such as Salmonella that is harmful to your health. Our Chickens also produce high quality organic eggs that are healthy for you and your family
Organic Meat Production
Our livestock is raised without synthetic chemicals and our animals feed from organic vegetables and healthy food sources. This results in our meat containing more good omega 3 fatty acids, less cholesterol and more antioxidants. Our Meat is heathy and tastier

Mr. Patrick Masilela
Patrick is a Farming Graduate from Nelspruit College. Farming has always been very close to his heart since early in his life. He currently resides in Cape Town
Winnie Dlamini
Winnie Dlamini is passionate about farming and improving the lives of women in the Western Cape. She obtained a BA in Business Administration at CPUT
Ms Primrose Zosiwe
Primrose is a musician and a radio presenter at Kisima Radio Station. She is is also Pastor/Minister who loves Human Resources and Farming.

Farming creates more jobs, beginning with farmers, and continuing with farm equipment makers, food processing plants, transportation, infrastructure and manufacturing.
